We Specialize in Professional Catering serving our Artisanal Hot Dogs, Gourmet Angus Burgers and One – of – Kind Specialty Sides for the entire Michiana area including Granger, Middlebury, Mishawaka, South Bend, Elkhart, Goshen, Bristol, Bremen, Niles, St. Joseph, Syracuse, Warsaw, and more! Â Since 2009, we have had the pleasure catering for 100’s of local businesses, premier caterer for Notre Dame, the RV industry, hospitals and schools. Our most popular service is made to order from our full service mobile kitchen option, The Wiener Shack & Grill Food Truck. Â The truck offers maximum freshness, assembling variations to your liking right off the grill. Â Or, if you prefer, we also offer buffet style where guests serve themselves (see photos in the buffet section). The following is standard for
any venue size, a 70-person guest count is the standard minimum. Â For more options, see the buffet section.
A made-to-order meal with a signature all-beef hot dog (includes multiple variations) and gourmet Pesto Parmesan Fries (+ limited Buffalo Parmesan fries, Parmesan fries) is included with the quote. Â We also offer add-ons, which come highly recommended but are purely optional. Â The 1/2 lb Angus, non-frozen, hand-patted Signature Burgers and Parmesan Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots with in-house Sriracha Ranch (9 per order, no less than 20) are available to order.

There is a $175 Â non-refundable deposit to book and finalize the date, which is applied to the final total, along with a finalized count of guests and add-ons, three weeks before the event.
